Hello

I spent the first 20 years of my career helping to build and scale product management organizations for both SaaS and consumer businesses.  I’ve taken my learnings from my time as a product leader and shifted to coaching and training teams in both product management and Agile best practices. 

 

I offer a range of training from a one day workshop to longer immersive courses.  Training can be paired with coaching where I work with your organization to understand where you’re at now and create a playbook, templates, and a rollout plan to bring your team up to speed on product and Agile best practices.
